湖北瑞科美资源再生有限公司退役锂电池综合利用项目 环境影响评价第一次公示
根据《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》、《建设项目环境保护管理条例》及《环境影响评价公众参与办法》（生态环境部第4号令）的有关规定，湖北瑞科美资源再生有限公司委托湖北绿川环境科技有限公司承担“湖北瑞科美资源再生有限公司退役锂电池综合利用项目”环境影响评价工作，现将该项目环境影响评价的有关事项向公众公告如下：
一、建设项目名称及概要
1、项目名称：湖北瑞科美资源再生有限公司退役锂电池综合利用项目；
2、建设性质：新建；
3、建设地点：湖北省孝感市大悟县经济开发区；
4、建设内容及规模：租赁并改造40000平方米厂房，设置全自动精准拆解和正极材料修复生产，拟购置电芯精拆，粉体分离，材料纯化，材料再生修复等成套设备及其它配套设备，建成后年处理废旧磷酸铁锂电池4万吨和年生产2万吨电池正极再生修复材料。

本项目公示时间为从2026年5月15日起至2025年5月24日止，共计10天，在公示期间如有意见，公众可以向建设单位及时反馈。
