Ternary battery is a kind of lithium-ion battery using nickel-cobalt-manganese (NCM) or nickel-cobalt-aluminum (NCA) as the cathode material, which has the advantages of high energy density, high voltage, and better cycling performance, and is widely used in the fields of electric vehicles, 3C electronic products, and energy storage. Its cathode materials are usually mixed in different proportions, such as 523 (50% nickel, 20% cobalt, 30% manganese), 811 (80% nickel, 10% cobalt, 10% manganese) and so on.
