1. Two highly sensitive composite fire detectors are carefully arranged inside the power battery pack, which can monitor key parameters such as temperature and voltage of the battery module in real time.
2. The detector is closely connected to the lithium-ion power battery box fire prevention and control device through a high-speed and reliable CAN bus, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of information transmission.
If the detector detects signs of thermal runaway, such as abnormal temperature rise or sharp voltage fluctuations, the system will immediately activate the built-in high-efficiency inhibitor.
4. Inhibitors are rapidly injected into the battery module through a precisely designed pipeline system, accurately targeting the source of thermal runaway, thereby achieving timely and effective suppression of thermal runaway.
