Package level protection
Adopting a 2-in-1 composite detector, placed inside each battery pack to detect the concentration and temperature of combustible gases inside the pack, with a pack level nozzle installed on each pack. The two in one composite detector is electrically connected to the cabinet type energy storage non pressure storage fire extinguishing device. The outlet of the cabinet type energy storage non pressure storage fire extinguishing device is connected to the package level nozzle through a high-pressure hose and quick plug fittings. Once a battery pack experiences thermal runaway, the two in one detector will transmit an alarm signal to the cabinet type energy storage non pressure storage fire extinguishing device. The cabinet type energy storage non pressure storage fire extinguishing device will start, and the perfluorohexane fire extinguishing agent will directly act on the battery pack through the quick connect pipeline and package level nozzle.
Cabinet level protection (passive)
The non storage pressure perfluorohexane fire extinguishing device is used in combination with temperature sensing magnetic power generation components. Once the temperature inside the cabinet exceeds the starting temperature of the temperature sensing magnetic power generation, the temperature sensing magnetic power generation component will emit a pulse current to start the non storage pressure perfluorohexane fire extinguishing device inside the cabinet, providing full submergence protection for the energy storage cabinet.
